The Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 12' x 20' with a 4-wall configuration. It is designed for Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation, ensuring a highly functional workspace within your facility. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, reducing downtime, and each order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Included in every order are all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a door, and hardware for constructing the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high and 3" thick, interchangeable with similar size panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, painted to match the wall panel surfaces. It is factory installed in a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent door sag, and mechanical fasteners reinforce the connection above and below the top hinge plate. Wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included for concealing wiring while allowing quick access during and after set-up. Additionally, each order contains a standard electrical kit, including 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all compliant with U.L. standards. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, offering excellent sound attenuation, ideal for noisier environments. The office is available in gray and white color options.
