The Porta-King Inplant Office is designed with white vinyl drywall for both interior and exterior use, measuring 10' x 20' with a four-wall configuration. It features Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation for enhanced safety and privacy. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime, and each order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The kit includes all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite painted to match the wall surfaces, and all requisite hardware. The wall panels are 8' high and 3" thick, interchangeable with other panels of similar size. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, and mechanical fasteners are provided to reinforce the hinge connection. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases and come with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing quick access. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, comprising 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all of which bear the U.L. label. The Class A fire rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, offering excellent sound attenuation, suitable for noisier plant environments. The system is available in gray and white color options.
