The Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel exterior on drywall, measuring 10' x 16' with a 3-wall configuration, and is certified for Class A fire safety and STC27 sound control. This office solution is designed for quick installation with pre-engineered components to minimize downtime, and every order includes detailed instructions with suggested floor plan layouts and an illustrated packing list. The package contains all necessary wall panels measuring 8' high and 3" thick, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 2-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, and the required hardware for assembly. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sag, with mechanical fasteners provided for reinforcement. Additionally, wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are included to conceal wiring while allowing easy access. The standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets with a handy box for easy installation, and all devices carry the U.L. label.
