The Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on a drywall exterior, with dimensions of 12' x 16' and a design consisting of three walls. It meets Class A fire standards and has an STC27 sound rating, making it suitable for creating highly functional spaces within a facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation, which minimizes downtime, and every order comes with detailed instructions, suggested floor plan layouts, and an illustrated packing list. Each package contains all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 2-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite painted to match the panel surfaces, and hardware for construction as specified. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners supplied for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. Wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included for concealing wiring and allowing easy access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit comprises 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets along with a handy box that easily fastens to the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat finish. All electrical devices bear the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated steel panels feature a heavy-duty 24-gauge siliconized polyester painted exterior surface and a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior surface, both laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, ensuring a durable, impact-resistant surface suitable for harsh applications.
