Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on drywall exterior, measuring 12' x 12' with a 2-wall configuration. It is designed with Class A fire rating and STC27 sound rating, providing a highly functional space within your facility. The kit contains pre-engineered components that facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime, and includes detailed instructions with suggested floor plan layouts and an illustrated packing list. Each order comes with all necessary wall panels that are 8' high and 3" thick, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door constructed from 2-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and all required hardware. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post to prevent sagging, reinforced by mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included to conceal wiring and allow for easy access post-setup. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is provided, which includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with handy boxes and cover plates for a neat finish. All electrical devices carry the U.L. label. The Class A fire rated steel panels feature a durable 24 gauge siliconized polyester painted exterior and a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior, both laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, ensuring a robust and impact-resistant surface suitable for harsh environments.
