The Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on the drywall exterior, measuring 12' x 24' with a 2-wall configuration. It is designed with Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation to create a highly functional space within your facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components that facilitate easy installation and minimize downtime. Each order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list, containing all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware for constructing the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-sized panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door with a large vision lite that is painted to match both the interior and exterior wall panel surfaces, factory-installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to eliminate the risk of door sag. Mechanical fasteners are supplied for installation above and below the top hinge plate to reinforce this connection. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, including 8' high snap-in cover plates for each post that conceal the wiring while allowing quick access. A standard electrical kit is included, which consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities as specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities as specified), complete with a handy box that can be fastened to the back of the connecting post, along with a cover plate for a neat appearance. All devices bear the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels comprise a 1/2" vinyl-finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation suitable for noisier environments. The panels are available in gray and white color matches.
