The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 10' x 16' with a 3-wall configuration, designed to create a highly functional space within any facility. It incorporates Class A fire-rated materials and achieves an STC27 sound rating. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime. Each order includes detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list, comprising all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware to construct the specified sizes and layouts. The 8' high wall panels are 3" thick and interchangeable, while the 3070 right-hand swing door is made of 2-gauge steel and features a large vision lite painted to match the panel surfaces. Factory installation into a frame ensures a positive lock into adjoining posts to prevent door sag, with mechanical fasteners provided above and below the top hinge plate for reinforcement. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring while allowing easy access post-installation. Additionally, each order includes a standard electrical kit comprising 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all equipped with U.L. labeled devices. The Class A fire-rated steel panels feature a robust 24-gauge siliconized polyester painted steel exterior and a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior, both laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing a durable and impact-resistant surface suited for harsh industrial environments.
