The Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 12' x 24' with a 4-wall design. It is constructed with Class A fire-rated panels and STC31 sound attenuation properties, making it a highly functional space for any facility. The kit includes all necessary pre-engineered components for easy installation, which minimizes downtime. Each order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The package includes wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels, along with a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door featuring a large vision lite, painted to match the interior and exterior. The door is factory-installed into a locking frame that prevents sagging, complemented by mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate for added reinforcement. Additionally, the wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with included 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access to wiring. A standard electrical kit, which complies with U.L. standards, is also included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box and cover plate for a finished appearance. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation for noisy environments, and are available in gray and white color matches.
