The Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 12' x 12' with a 2-wall configuration, and is designed for Class A fire safety and STC27 sound control, making it a highly functional space for any facility. The kit includes all necessary components for construction, such as detailed instructions with suggested floor plan layouts and an illustrated packing list, as well as all required wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 2-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, and hardware for assembly. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable, while the door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging. Mechanical fasteners are included for installation above and below the top hinge plate to enhance stability. Additionally, wall connecting posts serve as a vertical wiring chase, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are provided for each connecting post to conceal wiring and allow easy access. The standard electrical kit consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, accompanied by a handy box that attaches to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a polished finish. All electrical devices carry the U.L. label. The Class A fire rated steel panels incorporate a heavy-duty 24-gauge siliconized polyester painted steel exterior and a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior, both laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, resulting in a durable and impact-resistant surface suitable for demanding environments.
