Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on a drywall exterior with dimensions of 10' x 20', designed with a 3-wall configuration, offering Class A fire rating and STC27 soundproofing to create a highly functional space within any facility. The kit contains pre-engineered components that facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime, and includes detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. Each order encompasses all necessary wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, interchangeable with like-sized panels, a 3070, 2-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, factory-installed into a frame that positively locks into adjoining posts to prevent door sag. Mechanical fasteners are provided for secure installation above and below the top hinge plate, reinforcing the connection, while wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases. Snap-in cover plates for each connecting post are included to conceal wiring and allow quick access during and after set-up. Additionally, a standard electrical kit comprising 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115 volt electrical outlets, along with a handy box for fastening to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat finish, is included, with all devices carrying the U.L. label. The Class A fire rated panels consist of a heavy-duty 24 gauge siliconized polyester painted steel exterior and a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior surface, both laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, ensuring a super durable, impact-resistant surface ideal for demanding environments.
