The Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel exterior on drywall, measuring 10' x 16' with a 2-wall design, optimized for functionality within various facilities. This structure is built with Class A fire-rated materials and STC31 sound rating to ensure a safe and quiet environment. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, thereby minimizing downtime, and each order includes detailed installation instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Comprehensive packages come with necessary wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, connecting posts, a roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and all necessary hardware for assembly. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts, preventing sagging, and is reinforced with mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates for wiring concealment and access. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, 115-volt electrical outlets with a handy box for installation on the connecting post, and a cover plate for a finished look. All electrical components are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior with a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing exceptional sound attenuation, making it suitable for noisy environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
