The Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on a drywall exterior, with dimensions of 12' x 20' and a 2-wall configuration. This office is designed to provide a highly functional space within your facility, utilizing Class A fire-rated materials and STC27 sound insulation for enhanced safety and comfort. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime. Each order includes wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similarly sized panels, all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 2-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, and hardware for assembly. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks positively into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners provided for additional reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as a vertical wiring chase, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing easy access. The standard electrical kit included comprises 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all featuring a handy box easily fastened to the back of the connecting post, along with a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical components bear the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated steel panels consist of a heavy-duty 24-gauge siliconized polyester painted steel exterior surface and a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior surface, both laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing a durable, impact-resistant surface ideal for harsh plant environments.
