The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 12' x 16' with a three-wall construction that meets Class A fire and STC27 sound ratings, providing a highly functional space within your facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components designed for easy installation, minimizing downtime, and comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Every order comprises all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a door, and hardware for the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels stand 8' high, are 3" thick, and are interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is a 3070, 2-gauge steel, right-hand swing model featuring a large vision lite, painted to match both the interior and exterior surfaces. It is factory-installed into a frame that securely locks into adjoining posts to prevent door sag, and mechanical fasteners are provided for installation above and below the top hinge plate to reinforce this connection. Wall connecting posts function as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included for each post to conceal wiring while allowing easy access during and after setup. Additionally, the standard electrical kit contains 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities as specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities as specified), which come with a handy box that attaches easily to the connecting post's back and a cover plate for a neat finish. All electrical devices bear the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated steel panels consist of a heavy-duty 24-gauge siliconized polyester painted steel exterior and a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior, both laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, creating a durable, impact-resistant surface suitable for harsh environments.
