The Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 12' x 16' with a 2-wall design. This structure is constructed with Class A fire-rated materials and STC31 sound attenuation properties, creating a highly functional space within any facility. The pre-engineered components are designed for easy installation to minimize downtime. Each order includes comprehensive installation instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list, along with all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware required for assembly as per the specified sizes and layouts. The wall panels stand at 8' high, are 3" thick, and are interchangeable with similar-sized panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door featuring a large vision lite that is painted to match both the interior and exterior wall panel surfaces. It is factory installed into a frame that securely locks into adjoining posts, preventing door sag. Mechanical fasteners are provided for installation above and below the top hinge plate to enhance support. The wall connecting posts also function as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included to conceal wiring while allowing convenient access during and after installation. Additionally, each order comes with a standard electrical kit that includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box and cover plate for a polished appearance. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface bonded to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, offering exceptional sound attenuation suitable for noisy plant environments. Color options include gray and white to ensure a cohesive match.
