The Porta-King in-plant office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel exterior, measuring 12' x 12' with a 4-wall construction designed to create a highly functional space within your facility. Constructed with Class A fire-rated panels and STC31 sound insulation, the pre-engineered components ensure easy installation, minimizing downtime. Each order includes detailed installation instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, an illustrated packing list, all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and all hardware required for assembly. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similar size panels, while the door is factory-installed into a frame that positively locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging. Mechanical fasteners reinforce the connection above and below the top hinge plate, and wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access and concealment of wiring. Additionally, each order includes a standard electrical kit, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets with handy boxes for simple attachment to the connecting posts. All devices are U.L. labeled. The panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid, UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation suitable for noisy plant environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
