The Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl interior and a white painted steel exterior on drywall, measuring 12' x 24' with a 4-wall configuration that is Class A fire rated and offers an STC31 sound rating, making it suitable for creating a highly functional workspace within any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components designed for easy installation to minimize downtime, along with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Each order comes with all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware required for the specified sizes and floor plans. The 8' high wall panels are 3" thick and interchangeable with panels of the same size. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door featuring a large vision lite, painted to match the wall panel surfaces, and is factory installed into a frame designed to prevent door sag. Mechanical fasteners are supplied for secure installation above and below the top hinge plate, while wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring and allowing quick access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switch, and 115 volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box for easy fastening to the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The panels feature a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, ensuring superior sound attenuation, particularly beneficial in noisier plant environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
