Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel exterior on drywall, measuring 12' x 20' with a 4-wall configuration. The Class A fire rated and STC31 sound-rated design creates a highly functional space within your facility. The kit includes pre-engineered, easy-to-install components to minimize downtime and every order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. All necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware for the specified sizes and floor plans are included. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels, while the door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door with a large vision lite painted to match both the interior and exterior wall panel surfaces. It is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent door sag, with mechanical fasteners provided for reinforcement. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are included to conceal wiring while allowing quick access during and after setup. A standard electrical kit is included, consisting of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115 volt electrical outlets, all bearing the U.L. label, along with a handy box that can be easily fastened to the back of the connecting post. The Class A fire rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, offering excellent sound attenuation for noisy environments and are available in gray and white color options.
