The Porta-King Inplant Office is a white vinyl drywall structure designed for interior and exterior use, measuring 12' x 12' with four walls, constructed with Class A fire-rated materials and STC31 sound attenuation properties, providing highly functional space within any facility. The pre-engineered components are designed for easy installation, minimizing downtime, and each order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Included in every order are all necessary wall panels measuring 8' high and 3" thick, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, and all required hardware. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, reinforced with mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included for concealing wiring and providing quick access. Additionally, each order features a standard electrical kit including specified quantities of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box and cover plate for a finished appearance, all devices bearing the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, delivering exceptional sound attenuation suitable for noisier environments, available in gray and white color options.
