The Porta-King Inplant Office with white vinyl drywall interior and exterior measures 12' x 12' and features a 3-wall design, achieving Class A fire rating and STC31 sound performance to create a highly functional space within your facility. The system utilizes pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime, and each order includes comprehensive instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Included are all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite matching the wall panel surface, and hardware for assembly. The wall panels stand 8' high, are 3" thick, and are interchangeable with panels of similar size. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners provided for added reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. Each wall connecting post functions as a vertical wiring chase, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates for wiring concealment and accessibility. Additionally, the standard electrical kit consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all equipped with a handy box for a tidy installation. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire rated panels feature a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface bonded to a UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation for noisy environments. Color options include gray and white.
