The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 10' x 16' with a 2-wall configuration. It is designed with Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation, providing a highly functional space within any facility. The kit includes all necessary components for installation, including wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, and all required hardware. The wall panels are 8' high and 3" thick, interchangeable with like-sized panels, while the door is constructed of 20-gauge steel and factory-installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts, preventing sag. Mechanical fasteners enhance the connection above and below the top hinge plate, and wall connecting posts can also serve as vertical wiring chases, with included snap-in cover plates providing access to the wiring. The standard electrical kit comprises 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all bearing the U.L. label, with handy boxes attached to connecting posts for a neat finish. The fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, ensuring outstanding sound attenuation, suitable for noisy environments, and are available in gray and white color matches.
