The Porta-King Inplant Office is designed to create highly functional spaces within facilities, featuring a 12' x 12' configuration consisting of two walls made from white vinyl drywall. The kit includes all necessary components for installation, including wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door constructed of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and all required hardware. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable, while the door is factory installed into a frame that securely locks into the adjoining post to prevent sagging. Installation is facilitated by mechanical fasteners positioned above and below the top hinge plate, and wall connecting posts also function as vertical wiring chases. Each post is equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring while allowing easy access. The included standard electrical kit features 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, accompanied by a handy box fixed to the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire-rated panels have a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation suitable for noisy environments. The office is available in both gray and white.
