The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 12' x 12' with a 4-wall configuration, offering Class A fire rating and STC27 sound insulation to create a highly functional workspace within any facility. The pre-engineered components allow for easy installation to minimize downtime, and each order includes detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The package contains all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 2-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite painted to match the panel surfaces, and the required hardware. The wall panels stand 8' high, are 3" thick, and are interchangeable. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post to prevent door sag, and mechanical fasteners secure the installation above and below the top hinge plate. Wall connecting posts also function as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates provided for concealing wiring while allowing quick access during and after setup. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115 volt electrical outlets, all equipped with handy boxes easily attached to the connecting post and finished with cover plates for a neat appearance; all electrical devices carry the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated steel panels have a heavy-duty 24 gauge siliconized polyester painted steel exterior and a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior, both laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, resulting in a durable, impact-resistant surface suitable for demanding environments.
