Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 12' x 16' with a 2-wall construction. This design incorporates Class A fire rating and STC27 sound insulation, creating a highly functional space within any facility. The pre-engineered components allow for easy installation, minimizing downtime, and each order includes detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. Necessary items included are wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 2-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and all required hardware for assembly. Wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-sized panels. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post, preventing door sag, reinforced with mechanical fasteners above and below the hinge plate. Wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while providing quick access. A standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all with U.L. labels, and a handy box for clean installation. The Class A fire-rated steel panels consist of a 24-gauge siliconized polyester painted exterior and 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior, laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, ensuring a durable and impact-resistant surface suitable for harsh environments.
