The Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 8' x 8' with a 4-wall configuration. It is designed with Class A fire rating and STC31 sound insulation to create a highly functional workspace within your facility. The kit includes all necessary components for assembly, such as wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a vision lite, and the required hardware to construct various sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similar size panels. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts, reducing the risk of sag, and is reinforced with mechanical fasteners for added stability. The connecting posts serve a dual purpose as vertical wiring chases, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates that conceal wiring while providing access during and post-installation. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all bearing the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, offering excellent sound attenuation, making it suitable for noisier plant environments.
