The Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 16' x 20' with a 4-wall configuration. It is designed with Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation properties to create a highly functional space within any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime, and comes with detailed instructions, suggested floor plan layouts, and an illustrated packing list. The order includes all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and all hardware required for assembly. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similarly sized panels. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners provided for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. Wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases with included 8' high snap-in cover plates that conceal wiring while allowing quick access. Each order also includes a standard electrical kit featuring U.L. labeled 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets—all supplied with a handy box for easy mounting to the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. The Class A fire rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing exceptional sound attenuation ideal for noisy environments. The panels are available in gray and white color options.
