Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on a drywall exterior, with dimensions of 8' x 12' and a 2-wall configuration, designed for Class A fire rating and STC27 sound attenuation, creating a highly functional space within any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components that are straightforward to install, minimizing downtime. Each order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The package includes all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 2-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite painted to match the interior and exterior surfaces, as well as all required hardware for construction. The wall panels are 8' high and 3" thick and interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners provided for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates conceal wiring while allowing quick access during and after setup. Included in the order is a standard electrical kit consisting of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, along with a handy box easily fastened to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire rated steel panels are constructed with a heavy-duty 24-gauge siliconized polyester painted steel exterior and a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior, both laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing a super durable and impact-resistant surface suitable for harsh environments.
