The Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 10' x 12', designed as a 2-wall structure with Class A fire and STC27 sound rating, making it a highly functional space ideal for any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components that facilitate easy installation, with every order containing detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Each order encompasses all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware to construct the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels have dimensions of 8' high and are 3" thick and interchangeable with similar-sized panels. The door included is a 3070, 2-gauge steel, right-hand swing door fitted with a large vision lite, painted to match both the interior and exterior panel surfaces. It is factory installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post to prevent door sag, with mechanical fasteners provided for enhanced stability above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve a dual purpose as a vertical wiring chase, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing for easy access during and after set-up. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, which consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities as specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities as specified), along with a handy box for secure attachment to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire-rated steel panels consist of a heavy-duty 24 gauge siliconized polyester painted steel exterior and a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior, laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, resulting in a super durable and impact-resistant surface suitable for harsh environments.
