The Porta-King in-plant office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 10' x 20' with a 4-wall configuration that meets Class A fire and STC31 sound ratings, creating a highly functional space suitable for any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components that are easy to install, minimizing downtime, and every order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Included in the package are all necessary wall panels that are 8' high and 3" thick, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a door, and hardware for the identified sizes and floor plans. The door specified is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door with a large vision lite that is painted to match the interior and exterior. It is factory installed in a frame that locks into the adjoining post to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners provided for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are included for each post to conceal wiring while allowing quick access. The standard electrical kit comprises 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and specified quantities of 115-volt electrical outlets along with a handy box for easy installation. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire-rated panels feature a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation, making it ideal for noisy environments, and are available in gray and white color matches.
