Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on drywall exterior, measuring 16' x 20', configured as a 3-wall structure, with Class A fire and STC31 sound ratings to create a highly functional space within any facility. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, reducing downtime. Each order comes with detailed instructions, suggested floor plan layouts, and an illustrated packing list, as well as all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware to construct the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door featuring a large vision lite that is painted to match the interior and exterior wall panel surfaces, professionally installed into a frame that prevents door sag. Mechanical fasteners are included for secure installation above and below the top hinge plate, and wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, accompanied by 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing quick access. Each order includes a standard electrical kit featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities as specified), a light switch, and 115 volt electrical outlets (quantities as specified), with a handy box easily fastened to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a polished appearance, all U.L. labeled. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of 1/2" vinyl finished drywall on both interior and exterior surfaces laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing exceptional sound attenuation suitable for noisier plant environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
