The Porta-King in-plant office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 10' x 12' with four walls. Designed with Class A fire rating and STC31 sound insulation, this office creates a highly functional space within any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime, along with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Each order comprises necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, and all required hardware for the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels stand 8' high, are 3" thick, and are interchangeable with like-sized panels. The door frame positively locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, and mechanical fasteners reinforce the connection above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as a vertical wiring chase, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are included for concealment and access to wiring during and after setup. A standard electrical kit is included, comprising 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantity as specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantity as specified), along with a handy box for secure fastening to the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat finish. All electrical devices carry the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface, laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation suited for noisier environments. Color options include gray and white.
