The Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior measuring 16' x 20', encompassing a 4-wall configuration with Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation, designed to create a highly functional space within any facility. The kit includes all necessary components for installation, such as wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 door with a 20-gauge steel construction and large vision lite, door hardware, and detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and illustrated packing list. The wall panels stand 8' high, are 3" thick, and interchangeable. The door is factory installed into a frame that positively locks into the adjoining post to prevent sag, featuring mechanical fasteners for added reinforcement. The connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing easy access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115 volt electrical outlets with handy boxes and cover plates, all bearing the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels comprise a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation, particularly suitable for noisy plant environments, and are available in gray and white color matches.
