The Porta-King in-plant office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 16' x 16' with a 2-wall configuration. It offers Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation, providing a highly functional space within any facility. The pre-engineered components are designed for easy installation to minimize downtime, with every order including detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Each order consists of all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware required for the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels stand 8' high, are 3" thick, and are interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door with a large vision lite that matches the interior and exterior wall panel surfaces. It is factory installed into a frame that securely locks into the adjoining posts, reducing the risk of door sag, and includes mechanical fasteners for reinforcement. The wall connecting posts also function as vertical wiring chases, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates that conceal wiring while allowing quick access during and after setup. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities as specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities as specified), along with a handy box for easy fastening to the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices bear the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface, laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, which provides excellent sound attenuation, making it ideal for noisy plant environments. The panels are available in gray and white color options.
