The Porta-King inplant office is designed with a white vinyl interior and white painted steel exterior, measuring 16' x 20' with a 2-wall configuration. It features Class A fire rating and STC31 sound insulation, creating a highly functional space suitable for various facility applications. The kit includes all necessary pre-engineered components for installation, which minimizes downtime, and comes with detailed instructions along with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. Each order includes all essential wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door, and the required hardware for assembly. The 8' high wall panels are 3" thick and interchangeable, while the door features a 20-gauge steel construction with a large vision lite, painted to match the wall surfaces. The door is factory installed in a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, reinforced by mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate. Wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included for concealing wiring while allowing easy access. Additionally, a standard electrical kit comprising 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets is included, along with a handy box for secure mounting and a cover plate for a neat finish. All electrical devices carry the U.L. label. The Class A fire rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation, making them ideal for noisy plant environments.
