The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior, with dimensions of 16' x 16', comprising a 4-wall system that meets Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation standards, creating a highly functional space within any facility. The pre-engineered components are designed for easy installation, which reduces downtime, and each order comes complete with detailed instructions, suggested floor plan layouts, and an illustrated packing list. The kit includes all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and all required hardware for assembly. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks securely into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners provided for enhanced stability. Additionally, wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are included to conceal wiring while providing quick access. A standard electrical kit is also included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures and 115-volt electrical outlets, all of which are U.L. labeled for safety. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, offering excellent sound attenuation, making this system ideal for noisy environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
