The Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl interior and a white painted steel exterior on drywall, measuring 20' x 20', with a 4-wall configuration that provides a highly functional space suitable for any facility. This office system includes pre-engineered components designed for easy installation, reducing downtime. Each order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list, as well as all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a door, and hardware needed to construct the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with other panels of the same size. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, painted to match both the interior and exterior wall surfaces, and is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging. Additionally, mechanical fasteners are provided for installation above and below the top hinge plate to reinforce this connection. Wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included for each post to conceal wiring while allowing easy access during and after setup. A standard electrical kit is also included, consisting of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities as specified), light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities as specified), all of which come with a handy box that can be easily fastened to the back of the connecting post, along with a cover plate for a neat appearance. All devices in the kit bear the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels feature a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid EPS insulating core (UL Class 1), providing excellent sound attenuation, making it suitable for noisy plant environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
