The Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 8' x 8' with a 4-wall configuration, designed to provide a highly functional space within your facility. This product is constructed with Class A fire-rated materials and has an STC27 sound rating, ensuring a safe and quiet environment. The pre-engineered components allow for easy installation, minimizing downtime, and every order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Each order includes all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a door, and hardware to construct the specified sizes and layouts. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels, while the door is a 3070, 2-gauge steel, right-hand swing door with a large vision lite that matches both the interior and exterior panel surfaces. This door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners provided for reinforcement. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring and enable quick access during and after setup. Additionally, each order includes a standard electrical kit consisting of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities as specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities as specified), which come with a handy box easily fastened to the back of the connecting post, along with a cover plate for a neat finish. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled.
