The Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 20' x 20', designed as a 3-wall structure with Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation, creating a highly functional space suitable for any facility. The kit includes all necessary components for installation, such as wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and hardware for assembly, accompanied by detailed instructions and an illustrated packing list. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and are interchangeable, while the door is factory installed in a frame that locks into the adjoining post to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners provided for added reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. The connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are provided to conceal wiring while allowing for quick access. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all bearing the U.L. label for compliance. The Class A fire-rated panels combine a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing exceptional sound attenuation ideal for noisy plant environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
