The Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel exterior, measuring 10' x 12' with a 3-wall configuration, designed for Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation, creating a highly functional space within any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime, and provides detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. Each order contains all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware required to construct the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels, while the door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door equipped with a large vision lite, painted to match the interior and exterior wall surfaces. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners provided for additional stability. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, featuring 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring yet allowing quick access during and after setup. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities specified), with a handy box for easy fastening to the connecting posts and a cover plate for a finished appearance. All electrical devices bear the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation for noisier environments.
