The Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 8' x 8' with a 3-wall configuration. It is designed to provide a highly functional space within any facility, utilizing Class A fire rated materials and an STC31 sound rating for effective noise reduction. The kit includes pre-engineered components that are easy to install, minimizing downtime, and every order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The package consists of all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, and all hardware for constructing the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is factory-installed into a frame that positively locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners provided for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts double as vertical wiring chases, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access to wiring. A standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets with handy boxes and cover plates for a neat appearance; all electrical devices bear the U.L. label. The panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall for both interior and exterior surfaces laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, offering excellent sound attenuation suitable for noisy environments, and are available in gray and white color matches.
