The Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 16' x 16', with a 3-wall design that provides a highly functional space within any facility. The package includes pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime, along with detailed instructions and an illustrated packing list. Each order comprises all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware needed to construct the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels stand 8' high, 3" thick, and are interchangeable with like-sized panels. The included door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, painted to match both the interior and exterior wall panel surfaces, and is factory-installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post to prevent sagging, reinforced with mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate. Wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates for each post to conceal wiring while allowing quick access during and after setup. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets, each with a handy box for easy attachment to the connecting post, all bearing the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels feature a 1/2" vinyl-finished drywall surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation suitable for noisier environments, and are available in gray and white color matches.
