The Porta-King inplant office is designed with gray vinyl drywall for both interior and exterior surfaces, measuring 16' x 16', and consists of a 2-wall configuration that meets Class A fire and STC31 sound attenuation standards, creating a highly functional space within any facility. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime, and each order includes comprehensive instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. The package encompasses all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right hand swing door made from 20-gauge steel featuring a large vision lite, and hardware for constructing the identified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high and 3" thick, and are interchangeable with similarly sized panels. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks securely into the adjoining post to prevent sagging. Mechanical fasteners are provided for installation above and below the top hinge plate to reinforce this connection. Additionally, the wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included for each post to conceal the wiring while allowing for easy access during and after installation. A standard electrical kit is also included, comprising 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box that can be easily mounted to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a tidy finish. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire rated panels feature a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing exceptional sound attenuation, making them suitable for noisier plant environments. The panels are available in gray and white color options.
