The Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel exterior on drywall, measuring 12' x 20', and is designed as a 3-wall structure that meets Class A fire and STC31 sound ratings, creating a highly functional space within any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components that are easy to install, minimizing downtime, along with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Every order comes with necessary wall panels that are 8' high and 3" thick, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right hand swing door with a large vision lite painted to match the wall panels, and hardware for assembly. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners supplied for reinforcement. Wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included for each post to conceal wiring while allowing access during and after installation. Additionally, the standard electrical kit consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115 volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box attachable to the connecting post and a cover plate for a clean appearance, all bearing the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels feature a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior laminated to a solid EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation, making it suitable for noisy plant environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
