Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl interior and a white painted steel exterior on drywall, measuring 20' x 20' with a 2-wall configuration. It is designed with Class A fire ratings and STC27 sound control, facilitating the creation of highly functional spaces within facilities. The kit includes all necessary components for installation, such as detailed instructions, suggested floor plans, wall panels that are 8' high and 3" thick, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 2-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, and all required hardware. The door comes factory-installed, positively locking into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners supplied for reinforcement. The wall connecting posts function as vertical wiring chases, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates for wire concealment and access. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, comprising 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all bearing the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated steel panels consist of a durable 24-gauge siliconized polyester painted steel exterior and a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior, both laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing an impact-resistant surface suitable for demanding environments.
