The Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on the drywall exterior, measuring 16' x 16' with a 2-wall configuration. It is designed with Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation to create a highly functional space within any facility. The pre-engineered components simplify installation, minimizing downtime. Each order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list, including all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware to construct the designated sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door with a large vision lite painted to match both the interior and exterior wall panel surfaces, factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to eliminate the risk of door sag. Mechanical fasteners are provided for installation above and below the top hinge plate for reinforced stability. The wall connecting posts also serve as a vertical wiring chase, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are included for each connecting post to conceal wiring while allowing quick access to the wiring chase during and after set-up. Additionally, all orders include a standard electrical kit, comprising 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, which are supplied with a handy box for easy fastening to the back of the connecting post, along with a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices bear the U.L. label. The Class A fire rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation, making it ideal for noisy plant environments, and are available in gray and white color matches.
