Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on a drywall exterior, with dimensions of 8' x 8', designed as a 3-wall configuration. It boasts Class A fire rating and an STC31 sound rating to create a highly functional space within your facility. The kit includes all necessary components for assembly, including wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, interchangeable with like-sized panels, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and a factory-installed frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent door sag. The mechanical fasteners provided enhance the connection at the top hinge plate, while wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases with included 8' high snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring and allow access during and after setup. The standard electrical kit consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switch, and 115 volt electrical outlets, complemented by a handy box fastened to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire-rated panels feature a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior, laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, offering excellent sound attenuation suitable for noisier environments.
