The Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel exterior on a drywall construction, with dimensions of 10' x 12' and a four-wall design. It is constructed with Class A fire-rated materials and boasts an STC31 sound rating, making it suitable for creating functional spaces in various facilities. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation and minimize downtime. Each order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list, including all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware for the specified sizes and layouts. The wall panels measure 8' high and 3" thick, are interchangeable, and the door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, finished to match the interior and exterior wall panels. The door is factory installed into a frame designed to prevent sagging and includes mechanical fasteners for additional support. The connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, complemented by 8' high snap-in cover plates that conceal wiring while allowing quick access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit included in all orders consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all bearing the U.L. label, with a handy box for neat installation. The Class A fire-rated panels feature a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuating properties, available in gray and white color options.
