The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel exterior on drywall, measuring 20' x 20' with a 4-wall configuration. Designed with Class A fire and STC31 sound ratings, it creates a highly functional space within any facility. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime. Each order includes detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list, along with all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware for the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels stand 8' high, are 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door featuring a large vision lite, painted to match the interior and exterior wall panel surface, and is factory installed into a frame that positively locks into adjoining posts to prevent door sag. Mechanical fasteners are provided for installation above and below the top hinge plate for reinforcement. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included for each post to conceal wiring while allowing quick access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit comprises 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box for easy fastening to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat finish. All devices bear the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels feature a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation, making it suitable for noisier plant environments. Color options include gray and white to match the surrounding decor.
