Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on drywall exterior, measuring 16' x 16' with a 4-wall configuration. It is designed for versatile and functional use within facilities, meeting Class A fire and STC27 sound ratings. The pre-engineered components allow for easy installation, minimizing downtime, and every order includes detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. The kit includes all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door, and hardware for construction. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is made of 2-gauge steel with a large vision lite, factory installed in a frame that positively locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners for enhanced stability. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates provided for concealing wiring while allowing easy access. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all equipped with U.L. labels, ensuring safety and compliance. The Class A fire-rated steel panels consist of a heavy-duty 24-gauge siliconized polyester painted steel exterior and a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior, both laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing a durable and impact-resistant surface suitable for demanding environments.
