The Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 10' x 12' with a 2-wall design, engineered to meet Class A fire ratings and STC27 sound control for high functionality within any facility. The pre-engineered components allow for easy installation, reducing downtime. Each order includes detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list, comprising all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware required for assembly. The wall panels stand 8' high, are 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-sized panels. The door is a 3070, 2-gauge steel, right-hand swing type featuring a large vision lite, painted to match the interior and exterior surfaces, and factory-installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post to prevent door sag, with mechanical fasteners included for reinforcement. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates provided for each post to conceal wiring while allowing easy access during and after setup. The standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities as specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities as specified), along with a handy box that attaches to the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat finish. All electrical devices carry U.L. labels. The Class A fire rated steel panels are constructed with a durable 24-gauge siliconized polyester painted steel exterior and a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior, both laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, ensuring a robust and impact-resistant surface ideal for demanding environments.
