The Porta-King in-plant office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 16' x 20' with a four-wall configuration, offering Class A fire rating and STC 27 sound insulation to create a highly functional space within your facility. The office is constructed using pre-engineered components that facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime. Each order comes with detailed installation instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Included in every order are all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a door, and hardware to build the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels stand 8' high, are 3" thick, and are interchangeable with similar panels. The door is a 3070, 2-gauge steel, right-hand swing model featuring a large vision lite that matches the interior and exterior panel surfaces, factory-installed into a frame that positively locks into adjoining posts to prevent door sag. Mechanical fasteners are provided for installation above and below the top hinge plate to further reinforce this connection. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and each post is supplied with 8' high snap-in cover plates that conceal wiring while allowing easy access during and after setup. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, which consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities as specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities as specified), accompanied by a handy box that can be easily fastened to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices bear the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated steel panels feature a heavy-duty 24-gauge siliconized polyester painted steel exterior surface and a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior surface, both laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, which ensures a super durable and impact-resistant surface suitable for harsh environments.
